Ciaran Fisher a1be10fa39 Set Sling Load to FALSE by default 
Moved Smoke commands back under CTLD
Enabled Cargo drop and pickup from a building of a roof
Enabled troop drop from a roof
Changed SlingLoad to FALSE by default. This means Simulated Sling load
is default!
